By commissioning me you agree to the following:
I have the right to cancel the commission without giving a reason.
I have the right to post the commissioned artwork at any social media anytime (unless requested otherwise beforehand).
Commission can be requested to be private, or to be posted at certain date (Please tell me in advance)
You can request commission not to be streamed on twitch. (Gifts are automatically not streamed)
You can ask to stay anonymous when I upload your commission, unless it’s a gift. (AKA no mystery gifts)
I can use your commission to promote myself.
I can use your commission for physical art-book that can be sold by me.You CANNOT repost my art without my signature (only exception are emotes)
You can repost my art ONLY if you credit me either in description or comment. The credit doesn’t have to be to the same social media the repost is posted on (ex.- Repost on Twitter "Art by ZoeyArt on DA" ).
If you commission an Icon, you'll receive non-signed version to use as icon/avatar.
If you commission an Emote, you’ll receive non-signed version to use as emote/icon/avatar.
You don't have to credit my icon if you use it as avatar on social media/discord, but it is appreciated.
You can use your commission for personal use. (wallpaper, print, ref sheet, pin, stream art etc.)
You cannot use my art for commercial use unless we agree to it beforehand.
You can crop your commission, add text, add BG or do edits that do not require art alterations.
You cannot edit the artwork without my permission.
YOU CANNOT USE MY ARTWORK FOR NFTs, CRYPTO, AI TRAINING OR ANY OTHER SCAM.
SKETCH:
Before starting lineart I will send you sketch to confirm pose/setting. I can send you refined sketch afterwards if requested or if I feel it's necessary.
You CANNOT claim the sketch if you decline it or if you don't pay for it/ the commission.
If you reject a sketch, it can be reused for different art, including different commission or use as a "YCH" (YCH - "Your character here" is a bidding event where people can pay money and have their character drawn on the sketch)
I will not continue the commission after rough sketch, until I receive the full payment. You have 2 weeks (14 days) to accept the invoice. The commission will be cancelled unless given reason to wait longer.Feel free to redline a sketch if you want to show what you want to change/add/delete!
PAYMENT:
Payment via Paypal invoice only.
Payment is required to be paid before starting the lineart process.If I am unable to finish your commission, full refund will be given.
Please be aware that I might not start on your commission right away! Once I get to it and we agree on a sketch, I will send you an invoice.
Commission cannot be refunded after finishing lineart stage.
ADOPT TOS:
You cannot resell the design for higher price unless additional worth was added (additional art to the design was added/commissioned)You may tweak the design.
You cannot claim the original design.

If I update my TOS and change a rule, then you don’t have to adhere to it. You agreed to a previous TOS that will be included in your invoice and is binding to your commission.ToS v. 1.0.0
